I have been a tenant with Quinovic Property Management Hutt Valley for 2 years and it has been a great experience. My circumstances were such that many agencies saw me as an 'easy no' when screening out tenant without checking character references. Quinovic took the time to consider that as an option. On their website they say they are about relationships and are interested in looking after owners and tenants. I have found this to be true of the Property Manager that is responsible for my lease. I am so happy with the experience that I didn't think twice about contacting them in the first instance when I found myself in the position of moving out. Just moved out of a house managed by Quinovic Hutt Valley, where we lived for 6 years. Our experience with Quinovic Hutt Valley have been great. They were always very prompt with any issues we ever had. The end of tenancy process was smooth. Of course had to pay early termination charges but that is standard I believe. It was great that Jeanne (property manager) gave us a second chance to clean few remaining spots after leaving the house. Saved us few bucks. Jeanne has been great throughout our stint at the house.
