Amazing service. The staff who served me were very knowledgeable and helpful. The shoes I wanted were not in stock but he was able to order them for me and they were delivered to my home the following day.

Came in yesterday to buy a pair of shoes but seemed like the staff were not interested in helping out so we took our business elsewhere.
Very disappointed, I took my 4 month old boots back because lumps had appeared in the heel, under the lining. I was told, I wear them too much, I must have gotten them wet and finally they were put on wrong. The manager was very polite and got back to me very quickly with this information. I have now taken the boots to a repair place and they have said the lumps are glue that is heated from wearing them. He said it’s not overly common but it does happen. I have rung the store with an update but they are sticking to their opinion that I wore them too much so it’s my fault. I do, do a lot of walking in the classroom but surely that’s why I wanted comfortable shoes.
