One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered an item that showed as in stock for click and collect. After 2 weeks of no communication I got an email that said the order couldn't be fulfilled and I could wait an unspecified amount of time or cancel the order. When I asked to cancel the order I received no communications. All through this I have tried at least 8 times to call customer support with hold times upwards of 30 minutes and have given up trying. I went into the physical store and they couldn't help me at all. They had charged me the full amount for this order right at the moment the order was placed.

Great range - electronics, whitewater and furniture. Helpful staff. Delivery coats more than HN, putting them at a disadvantage when there is price matching.
Great store, great service. A shame they are closing down hope to see them back up and running in the near future.

Ordered a TV on the 7th May online, had an email to say it was in transit from the Rotorua store then 2 weeks later an email to say it was being sent from chch, then a week after another email to say they no longer had the TV in stock and would have to wait until they could order from the supplier, only to receive an email today to say my order has been cancelled as they could no longer supply the tv, not even a phonecall what an absolute circus!! do not order anything online!
Very good services. Especially Ash was very helpful. She helped us in choosing the correct furniture for our home.
Short version, ignored online request for sufficient delivery notice time. Hutt City Storemanager failed to introduce himself when approached for help looking customer up and down, attitude throughout discussion was to focus on Smiths City's policies, wrongly saying client did not add a special notice time request for delivery as part of online purchase. Never offered help during discussion and failed to refund incomplete service.
