After trying numerous glazing companies in unsuccessful attempts to get the new window we provided fitted with the double glazing we also provided we were eventually made aware of The Glass Shoppe. They were only too happy to meet my needs with no hesitation or delays. Friendly helpful service. I would highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this company if you have a specific time-frame you need to work with. Even with 3 weeks notice, this assurance won't be guaranteed as the gentleman on booking doesn't want to hear from potential customers the day after the expected job on why, where and how the workmen didn't show up. Even after you explain why you need to have this specific timeframe adhered to, he decides you are going to be - 'that' customer and 'silver-tongue-insults you by declining your work. P.s this won't post without a star rating but obviously there isn't one.

Prompt response but unspecified minimum call out of 150 plus GST. Window replacement unable to be done so 5 minute job for sealing another window and charged full fee. I have phoned the company and offered to pay a lower amount for the minor repair which could of been done by builders onsite if transparency of costs had been relayed. As no callout fee was discussed I will not be using or recommending The Glasse Shop in future. Dissatisfied customer
