Love the Sallies but this store is very badly run by management. Staff need to be re trained on customer service and respect. Will not be going back to the Lower Hutt. Certain items not priced on shop floor cheap terracotta pots the sales person decided not for sale then started raising her voice why very disturbing not a good look for this store.

looking at the items in window display ... sign says will be for sale on (date)... turned up early for 9am opening... lady that works there was given first dibs and she brought all the good items... i did say to them it was unfair but they didn't care... they were smirking... fake advertising i think... sign should of said workers come first... she did leave the most expensive ugliest item... waste of my time... it would of been nice even if she had left just one lovely item
