Good detailed report. Poor communication (hard to get on phone with). Wouldn't recommend if you're pressed for time (deadlines agreed weren't met).

We needed a house inspection done on a property we were putting an offer in on a deadline sale before Christmas. After the first email about how much the inspection would cost I received a reply. I then asked if an inspection could be done by our deadline. I received no response and after phoning and emailing again, there has never been any response. Very disappointed.

We were having this work performed from overseas so he took extra time to do a videoconference with my wife and I to walk us through the report and answer all our questions. He then also followed up and offered to go back to the house on a couple of items which we wanted to deep dive into which wouldn't have been typical of the property. I felt like THIS went completely above and beyond in every element of their service and made our process of buying a house in New Zealand far less daunting than it could have been
