Would definitely recommend everyone go and check it out. There’s amazing coaches and it’s such a positive environment. The sessions will definitely leave you sweating and wanting to come back for more! Wainui Strong is the most welcoming gym I have ever been to. No matter what skill or fitness level, you are definitely going to love it

Had a great session with these powerful wāhine toa, who took their time to explain each combo at a pace that didnt go over ya head. A space where you can just be yourself and have fun(while trying to breathe of course lol) in an environment that is non-judgmental. Highly recommend to anyone to give it a go you're in good hands

Can't say enough good things , my 15 year old son has aspergers adhd and sensory processing disorder , he hasn't found the right sport for himself until now and in the month he's been going his confidence has soared , he doesn't want to miss a class and Kirsty and the team have been amazing , I'm so thankful x
