I order regularly and I’ve given these guys lots of chance to improve. I’ve complained to management and been assured that the delivery issues were being addressed. There has been no improvement in fact it has gotten worse. Tonight, by the time it arrives, will be 2:00 hours from the time I placed the order. When I called after an hour and 15 minutes I was told they did not have my order. However, when confronted with the fact that I had my email confirmation they suddenly found the order. Totally unacceptable and it will be my last order. Unfortunate, because I do like their food. To their management...if you’re wondering why more people are using Dash and Skip this is why! I can have my food in 30 minutes instead of 2 hours.

Love alessandra, always good food. Love the pizza and panzerottis and the staffs always so nice. I never ever have to wait long for my food either!
I work at a local area hotel and recommend this place every time I get asked about delivery service. There are closer places but I like the food from here. I will however refrain from recommending this place or handing out their menus in the future. The last three times I made an order for myself, they take the order, they tell me how long it will be. Then in about 10 minutes or less I get a call telling me that they cannot take my order because they only have one driver, or they don't deliver here. That is bullcrap because their driver was here last night and has been here often. So long story short, I will now recommend the local pizza joints. Thanks for nothing Alexandras. One star because it won't let me give zero.
My small meatlovers pizza was very raw. The dough was slimy and I could move it around with my finger that is how raw it was... I had already eaten some before I noticed what the sliminess was... Hoping for no food poisoning I ended up going in to the store and showing them pieces of the pizza and they gave me my money back no questions asked and many sorrys which did display good customer service.
Food was decent but my containers were melted. Additionally, they were late. Not in love with the service but food tasted fine.
I used to love the poutine from this place but they changed their fries and it completely ruined it. Very disappointed and I won't be going back as everything else is alright, not great.

Yummy pizza, garlic fingers & poutine. I often call and ask if they can have a pizza ready for me by a specific time and they always do. Even when I walk in, the wait for a medium pizza is about 10-15 mins. Friendly staff, and good prices.
