What a fantastic doctor and experience. The receptionist was very accommodating and welcoming when we arrived. It's a convenient location and super easy to find. Dr. Spiess was professional and knowledgeable, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else.
Friend of mine never got her appointment, as they cancelled it for no reason after waiting 3 months. She called in after a snow storm to ensure they were still open, only to be informed that they cancelled her appointment on her, no notice or indication. She's probably one of the lucky ones because she didn't have to drive all the way out to find out. Staff was also rude when confronted about why the appointment was cancelled. Needless to say switching eye doctors, good staff is hard to find.
