I have had hearing aids for 6 years now and have been with Hearing Institute Atlantic the entire time. I have just purchased my 2nd pair of hearing aids from them. What keeps me going back to the Lower Sackville branch is the service I have received from the incredible staff there, Rhonda, Jessica & Maxine. Their regularly scheduled visits to check on my hearing and hearing aids in addition to being readily available to answer my questions is a big plus for me. Thank You.

I thought larger was better but my experience here has been the opposite. Right from making an appointment onward it felt like I was just occupying a position in a lineup. I had hearing tests completed with their recommendation for device correction but no action was taken by them. Almost a year later I get an email to set up an appointment for retest which surprised me to say the least as no action was done regarding the first assessment. I did not take the retest and asked to be removed from their patient list. Luckily other hearing clinics are around to go to and get service.

I recently had my impressions done for some custom in ear monitoring headphones. My experience from my initial phone call all the way to me leaving the building was fantastic. I had a very professional yet informative audiologist but she also had a student who was finishing his program and got to have hands on experience with the process of doing the actual molding! Great job to Jessica and the whole team I interacted with in lower Sackville!
