If I could give them no stars I would... I ordered 3 times from this place, NEVER again... first time they forgot half my order, second time they forgot the pop and extra sauces and the third time was by far the worst... missing pop, sauces, we asked for it to be all well cooked, it was almost raw and we found hair in several items... I’m not one to write reviews but this is total BULL****!!... needless to say we will never order from them again... there’s better places with a higher level of customer service and appreciation... looks like Covid has made them too much money and they forgot to make sure people are happy..

Wow!! Loved it. Too much onion for me, but that is a simple fix.
We enjoy their menu , i find most of the staff friendly , helpful and pleasant to deal with , i have found that You can find a place that has great food but if the staff aren't friendly or pleasant i personally won't continue to give them my business. It's important that the customer feel welcome , not like the business could careless if they get Your business or not . I would hope im not the only one that feels this way.
Have ordered from here twice and will never order again. First time they got the order wrong and forgot a part of it. I gave them another chance, and they got the order wrong again by adding on ingredients we didn't order - the quality of the pizza was, honestly, very gross. A frozen pizza from the store is much better (and way less overpriced) then here.
Used to be my favorite pizza place in Sackville but I ordered there 2 in the last month and it's taste so gross now. The sauce is different and so is the dough... Must be new owners or something. Or they lost the love and cheaper out on ingredients cause of the pandemic. Lost my business because of it sorry
Had a donair tonight from the Lower Sackville store and it was the worst! First off it was cold. The meat was dry and looked like it was probably left over from last night. The sauce was sub-standard and was not as sweet as it should have been. I hadn't gotten a donair from them in about 30 years and always remembered that they used to be untouchable by any of their competitors. That is no longer the case. You only get my money once. To the reviewers bragging this place up, you should take a drive up to Haddad's in Middle Sackville and see what a real donair tastes like. Colossal FAIL!!!!
I have eaten there for the last time the place is soooo dirty. It is an eating and food establishment if you look at the filthy waiting room you have to question how clean is the food and prep area. The staff is not friendly and that is not good for business.
The food was cold upon picking it up the order was wrong and the staff were rude on the phone when we inquired about the mistake and hung up on us. The staff seemed more concerned over how their recently acquired tips were to be divided up than serving the costumers
