I made an appointment via phone to get my winter tires put on rims and mounted onto my car, when i showed up the guy at the counter said he didn't see anything and to go next door and check there. Went over and the guy there had no idea either and said and i quote "well it wasn't me that took your call, come back tomorrow". This place is very un-professional, made me waste time off work. Would recommend going somewhere else.

I called ahead to inquire on a price for an oil change. Was greeted by a professional and polite employee. Prices were fair so I booked a time to come in the same day. Comfortable waiting area. Oil change was done quickly. No complaints, I would recommend their services.
Sometimes ok sometimes not ok , and sometimes too expensive. I think they need a good manager there or a better parts source counter person, it’s so erratic price wise and wait time wise. Can’t recommend this place in Sackville at all. I go to Burnside or Halifax for all my cars now , there are some really great garages and mechanics. I think Major discount tried to grow too fast and has to overcharge to survive now.
Great shop that knows what they are doing. I do not take my cars anywhere else. The staff are friendly and are willing to answer questions and prices are not off the wall like most places around. The mechanics are very good at explaining what needs to be done and why it needs to be done.

Excellent experience. They fixed the leak in the exhaust on my car and the price he quoted me was exactly what I paid. Superb customer service and very friendly. I will be back.
Not happy at the moment.. when I went to Napa my steering was tight after getting my winter tires on my steering now is very loose and unpredictable so I'm not exactly sure what happened ..hopefully I will get to the bottom of it.. so at the moment I'm not pleased also after I paid they did not tell me that I should come back to have my bolts tightened which every other places I've ever gone to has told me that and that's a dangerous thing to do they should have told me that and they did not! But they did fit me in so that's a positive.
Awesome people, very friendly and get you in and out quickly. I recommend these great bunch of guys to all.
