Bait and switch! They promised me one device. I even called to confirm it. So I was told twice what I was getting. When I got to the store to pick it up, they said that one was more money. I suspect the employees get a comission when you sign up and they just told me what I wanted to hear so I'd sign up. Other option is good old fashioned incompetence. I think Rogers is a good company, but this place is dishonest and/or incompetent.

Honestly the best and easiest experience I've had with getting a new phone, by far the best Rogers store I've been too, the staff are very friendly and professional, not to mention very knowledgeable, they wasted no time helping me find the best options for upgrading my phone, even though I am on not on the new Rogers infinite plan they helped me get the exact phone I wanted for the absolute best price with my current plan, and were very fast and efficient when setting up my new device, I will definitely go back to this store for my next tech purchase, I highly recommend that any Rogers customer looking to purchase any tech wether it be a phone or otherwise to go to this store, you will absolutely not be disappointed.
