Decided to replace our furnace with a central ducted heat pump. Got the quote with different options. Answered all of my questions so we could make the informed decision on doing an add-on versus a full replacement. James was good to deal with and wasn't pushy. He was prompt and quick to reply to emails and phone calls. The installation went okay. I voiced some concerns and was listened to and everything was rectified quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fantastic service. They were quick, cost effective, friendly and professional. I called for a repair and found out the old unit wasn't worth putting the money in to fixing it. Their quote to replace the old unit was fairly priced. The estimator was great about going through the different options with us. Made our decision an easy one to make! I was impressed with the installer as well. Fast, tidy, and professional. I'll be calling them again in the future. Very happy with my new heat pump!

Punctual, reliable, quality, service and most for me.....trust. A very professional technician came to my home and repaired and cleaned out Heat Pump. Parts were ordered and installed in a very timely manner. Technician Is well trained, knowledgeable and informative as I am a new home owner and new to heat pumps. I was worried I was going to be over charged when in fact their service call was very fair considering what needed to be done. I HIGHLY recommend Wilsons. They will be my GoTo for all HVAC maintenance and repair. Service and quality you can trust..
