Very clean and covid 19 aware. Understandably indoors was not accessible. Lemur section excluded for safety and health of animals. Still a very good visit, deserves our support and will happily return when grand children are allowed to stay over.

Highly recommend. Visited Africa Alive as part of a weekend at the beach. VERY ENJOYABLE. As the name implies it focuses exclusively on African animals, and while it is not a ‘full sized’ zoo, it is every bit as big and complete as the African sections of a regular zoo. The enclosures at Africa Alive are better than many zoos I’ve been to for viewing the animals. A lot of effort has been made to provide many great vantage points so you can actually see the animals while still providing a good-sized living space. Bring a picnic or purchase food onsite. Tables provided for both, and many grassy areas besides. Easily navigated by family members of all ages and abilities.

Great day out for the family. No feeding talks at the moment due to Covid. Don't forget to pre book your entrance time slot before going.

Absolutely brilliant place. Lovely, open central field for several animals. All of them look cared for & comfortable! Lots of conservation work happening too, from signs around the place. Found it in 2018 by accident but will happily drive 2.5hrs to visit it & then Southwold. So peaceful inside too!

This is the best animal park we've ever been to. The animals are happy and for the most part grouped in enormous spaces like in their natural habitat. There are hidden corners and pic nic benches to have a pic nic all around the park. The staff are friendly and there is a big playground at the entrance where kids can play after visiting all the animals. It was the best animal park we've ever visited!

One of our favourite places in Suffolk. Fantastic animals and staff. Note that if you intend exiting via the gift shop you may queue for 45 mins. Why not buy your souveneers on the way in? Enjoy!!

I had an amazing time as always and i would love to go again! They had lots of baby animals which was very cute! They have a one way system all around the place which is helpful and safe. I enjoyed my visit very much
