I had placed an order for my wife for only a few low cost items, me being me I ordered the wrong items. My fault entirely so I called Austin sewing machines who were extremely helpful and reimburse me immediately with no fuss for the goods once they received them back in good order. The guy could not do enough to help me get the right stuff for my wife, I think his name was Wayne. Such a nice gentleman. I will be ordering again but not online, I will speak with Wayne and get the right stuff first time. Thank you Wayne.

Do not believe everything your read on these reviews. I can't praise Wayne and his team for his professional service and swift service enough. Very polite and helpful when I contacted him in regards to some accessories that I was interested in. I can highly recommend his machines and accessories to all that loves sewing. Fantastic service and will use this company again soon.

After an issue with my machine i telephoned and spoke directly to owner. couldn't of been more helpful and understanding, my machine was sorted in just a few days, and came back with more bits and goodies than i handed in! thankyou very much, cant praise enough and during this pandemic too! i recommend highly.

No order confirmation received... Managed to speak with Wayne after myborder was placed for over a week... He promised immediate action and 5days later still nothing happened, unable to contact them again... No answer for emails or phone calls... On the way to claim back my purchase via my bank... After few good reviews I'm extremely disappointed and don't recommend them to anyone....
