This is about the carpet right the shop and the bisness not the carpet fitters themselves......they have aboslutely useless customer servers And do not not how too run there bisness there is no commincation between thereselves resulting in un-happy/super pi**Ed off customers.... I will not be using again!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered bedroom carpet for my sons bedroom along with Kitchen vinyl and a stair runner, 2 weeks after the order was placed the bedroom carpet was fitted and delivered but they 'forgot' the Kitchen vinyl, they then measured up the stairs for the carpet to be cut and bound the same day.. a week and a half later the carpet fitter come to fit the carpet runner, did an awful job, binding was terrible and the carpet was really baggy and not fitted right!! they also forgot the vinyl once again! so our Vinyl come a week or so later and as a good will gesture (only because we asked) we got a free screed put on our kitchen floor before the vinyl was fitted. Then another 3 weeks pass by, constantly getting told our carpets out of stock even though on the website it clearly states it's in stock! we were getting told it's an asap order all the false promises under the sun! still no date for refit and every date given the carpet still hadn't arrived at the store;. so we get promised that the 12th of November our stairs carpet would be put right, i wait in all day to then get told at 3pm that the fitter had let them down!!!! we then get told we will be the first fitting on wednesday they will arrive between 9-9.30am again waited all day for them to turn up at 2.30 we were their 5th job! absolute joke! now this is what we are left with??? not pattern matched and central and this cost us 400!!! i also forgot to mention the fact they charged us for a carpet we hadn't even ordered which was 268 so we ended up changing it and got our spare room done too,. i would avoid this store at all costs, they are bloody useless, they can't even answer their phone.

I've been trying to telephone for 8 days Lowestoft branch are not answering their phone call centre not answering phones had to go in person to find out where my carpet was

Ordered vinyl for kitchen floor 4 wks ago. Not heard from them so called them today asking when they would be fitting it..got told when would you like it fitted.. i said asap. Then told it was out off stock till middle off march..so i said no way just cancel my order.. half i later i was given a refunf.. no way will i use them again.

I have never in my entire life meet customer services/staff so downgrading and unreliable in all my life I'm referring to the Lowestoft branch they are lucky that I couldn't put 0 for stars... Seriously guys there's other carpet companies that I would highly recommend that you use... I waited almost 3 months after the 3rd floor being placed in my kitchen they still haven't completed all the jobs they promised got no reductions it was absolute hell.... And back and I really am not over exaggerating....
