We visited the store as we were passing and was desperate for a new mattress, due to back issues. We were greeted by Michela who at the start till the end of our visit made us feel comfortable,important and we knew we would be happy to purchase from her. We were offered water,pillows to try on the beds, all was covered with paper and hand gel was provided we felt safe in the store. Also both off the staff was wearing face coverings. 5 stars for Michela. We purchased a mattress and it will be delivered today very happy customers.

Top notch customer care! As soon as we arrived we felt safe with precautions for Covid. The knowledge of the staff was great and nothing was to much trouble for them. We looked elsewhere for our product but nowhere could beat the knowledge and product on offer. Will definatly shop here again!

Just wanted to have a look in our own time but constantly harassed by a salesman. The first occasion, he approached and I made him aware we were just having a look and would ask if we wanted help. He waited probably about 30-40 seconds until he approached again. I made it even more clear almost to the point of being rude that we were just browsing. Probably a minute later he approached again, we just walked out and won’t be returning again. All customers want when they go in a place like this is a simple “Hello, if you need any help at all, please let me know”. No pressure, no sales talk and a comfortable browsing experience, with someone available to answer questions when required.
