I have been training here for five months now and it's been great fun. The instructors here are very good at what they do and ensure that everyone can learn at a comfortable pace. I have been shown kindness and respect from everyone here since day one. The members I train with are all very friendly and supportive and I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering learning a martial art.

Always welcoming, both of my girls went here and they really enjoyed going and taking part in the competitions and the teachers Phil,Mel and Rhian are excellent with all the kids and understand their requirements . It's a shame that my girls turned teenagers and do the usual can't be bothering to do anything anymore!

My 10 year old son Jack has gone to Judo here for the last 4 years I believe and now my 7 year old daughter goes also! The instructors, Mel, Phil and Rhiana are very good at what they do and cater for all needs and have seen much success with children of all ages and needs! I have seen children with special needs grow in confidence and knowledge whilst at the club! It’s a great way of teaching discipline and self belief in your child or yourself whilst also giving you a great tool to defend yourself with! You can come and go as you please in terms of lessons and it’s a pay as you go facility which works well for most! Their overall knowledge of Juod between them all is vast and each has their own way of teaching which allows for various types of students. I would happily recommend this club to anyone for themselves or their children and its also a great way of meeting people in the community and having something in common! I cannot comment on the Jujitsu or karate as we only do the Judo but this part of the dojo is amazing and has given my son so much confidence which has helped him in school and outside of school!

I attempted kettlecise no show and I was met with attitude from people living up stairs. After realising No1 there I left. Next day I try again for ju jiT SU. I went in and politely asked for price. Response was wait in corridor I did til class start time I try again for price and this time got wait til kids go I waited lingering other students turned up and was vile clearly had a circle and I clearly wasn't welcome this aggravated me as Chris spoke to me after asking me can I help you and repeatedly told I was welcome this upset me as it is a lie. I was made to feel unwelcome embarrassed and bullied and when I left felt people looking harshly and following me off site. This is a sad experience for me as I believe this is not what Chris intends and is clear the students only welcome people in there circle

Been going for about a month now. Looked up jujitsu on the Wednesday and turned up on the Thursday. I was quite worried i would wake up the next morning feeling like i had been run over but after a short time i soon realised this was not going to be the case. We are all asked if we are healthy and any problems we have that day are respectfully watched by our partners. Very friendly group who are all keen to help you learn especially at your pace. The instructors encourage questions and show you how to improve all the time. I would highly recomend it. A skill wirth learning. Im so glad i gave it a go.
