Excellent Service and so glad we used these for my parents Stair Lift. Scott came round and priced up a Left Hand Stair Lift, Very professional, polite and didn't take him long to measure up, he quoted us a price there and then and said he'll need to check with the Engineer to make sure they have one in stock. We didn't hesitate and told him while he was there that we would have it. A time slot was proposed which suited everyone and a week later and they fitted it in just over 2hrs. A brilliant solid stair lift, which is actually quite speedy and a fraction of the cost of some leading Manufacturers and comes with a 12 Month warranty. Can't fault these guys, really chuffed!
So far I haven’t been impressed by their customer service. My Cabin car has had a persistent fault causing it to breakdown 4 times. They have taken it back promptly but then I don’t hear from them for weeks on end. I love the Cabin Car when it is working, they agreed to change it as I lost confidence in it but so far we haven’t be able to negotiate an acceptable outcome
From the word go Grant searched all different sites worked very hard on my behalf. I found East Coast Mobility very friendly the place to go you won't be disappointed the staff very helpful and friendly.
