Called Steve and asked for quote for electric garage door. Explained everything in great depth to my husband. So easy to understand. Quote arrived this morning. Called Steve and he called round to property within half an hour to answer any further questions. Excellent service so far. I am sure the installation will be very professional too. Can't wait.

The two local installers listed on the Ryterna website didn't want the work! I looked further afield and saw that GDSS not only had a professional website, but also a wide geographic range. I made contact and , a few days later, Steve and an assistant arrived after completing a job nearby. They did an efficient survey using a laser level. Steve and I discussed and arrived at a suitable design, which was finalised via a few emails. Once I'd agreed the final specification and sent a small deposit, the specification was sent to Ryterna for fabrication. Around 5 weeks later I heard that the door had arrived and Steve proposed fitting at the beginning of the following week, I changed that to a couple of days later. On the day, my old door was removed quickly and taken for diisposal. The new frame and doors were fitted quickly, precisely and neatly. The whole operation took a little over 4 hours and I was left with a clean garage, with sturdy, easy to open, doors. I'm looking forward to a warm dry winter in the garage. I highly recommend Steve and his team: likeable, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.
