A nice shop in the Lowestoft centre. Many goods and most freezing foods and chilled. There also drinks, vegetables and fruits dairies

We've reluctantly stopped using this store because they clearly have handling problems. A few weeks ago we bought a fresh chicken, well within it's sell-by date, but the stench when we opened the wrapper almost knocked our heads off!. Yesterday we bought some Magnum ice creams only to discover they'd been partially thawed at some stage then re-frozen. See photo. Mishandled frozen food is dangerous and they need to wake up to their responsibilities.

A man that served me today was lovely and very friendly. He's always polite and aprouchable every time I visit. He had glasses on and dark afro hair. :)
