Got to say I've been several times since it opened.. Just had my covid jab and it was so well organised.felt totallysafe . well done to all the staff who have made this happen

Just spoke to a lovely receptionist. Very helpful made enquiry about changing surgeries from Alexander Road surgery . They need to take a leaf out their book and have training on how to answer a call. Thank you for all your help and politeness.

Would try and call at or after 8am and would get beeping and and their end of line would hang up. Mainly would call to get appointment for my depression and anxiety along with other health problems they say. To phone or come in week after to see if they had available appointments which they never do, (I've had police involved quite a few times because of my depression) like I had lump and didn't get referral till the next month and chest pains, high temperature and low celestial, low oxygen levels I was sent home and told to call the 111 service.
