Rang this morning and he was on his way within 10 minutes. I was so appreciative as it was an emergency. Actually turned out that I didn't require his services anymore but he was so polite and told me not to worry but if I did need him just to call back and he would come straight out. He was so kind and understanding. I would definitely call this company again. Thank you.

Rang Alan as one of my tenants reported a faulty lock. Was there within half an hour. Turns out it was tenant error. Alan rang me and explained, and also didn't charge - even offered to pay him something, and he refused. Amazing goodwill, especially as it was the first time I had used his services. So highly recommended.
