I went here to have my phone looked at, the assistant wasn't over convincing in assuring me in solving the problems, I felt that the card game he was playing on his desk was more important than me as an O2 customer.

Fillipe(not sure if I spelt correctly) was just a God sent. Calm and patient, friendly and very helpful. I left the shop very happy. I wish all the others are so helpful and patient like him.
