Although not a big park, Pleasurewood Hills uses the space it has got efficiently and offers good value for money. We visited during covid and the staff were wearing masks, wiping down rides and providing hand gel. Some of the ques got quite big later in the day and social distancing was not encouraged by staff members. In Rootin Tootin Target Trail it felt particularly claustrophobic and germ-riddled with other guests craming themselves as close as possible to each other in the cramped mine tunnels, there should of been queing outside for it with a staff member allowing families in one at a time. Which transitions me quite nicely onto my next point, for my teenage daughter she was very dissapointed that Hobs Pit had been removed. She went on it a few years ago and said it was the best ride in the park and pretty much the parks signature attraction. However the Rootin Tootin Target Trail was a downer, we went on it twice and both times our guns did not work properly or you had to press the trigger multiple times to get it to work. Alongside that none of the animatronics or moving effects on the ride was working. Every single person that was on the ride on the on ride photos at the end looked bored and unintrested. I do not understand why you would change the parks signiture attraction to this. You could of had it more like Duel at Alton Towers where it is both family friendly and spooky with an interactive twist. My daughter wishes Pleasurewood Hills sold collectible Pin Badges like other major theme parks. But alas, no pin bages we're bought that day. In conclusion: good park for younger children, okay park for teens.

Great local theme park plenty to do for older and younger children. We visit often, if you have little ones I would advise visiting with an adult per under 100cm child as they need accompanying on majority of rides. Over 140cm you can get on everything in the park.
This is a amazing family theme park. Absolutely looking forward to returning to there 2020 scare season if there having one. We've been to this park many many times and always had a great time. We have plenty of P.O.Vs from there ride including wipout and the jolly Rodger over on our YouTube channel please feel free to check them out. The staff are always very friendly there and always willing to help. And there social media are always on hand to answer any questions for u.
Went on the 24/10/2020 after being assured I would not be questioned for not wearing a face covering due to being legally exempt under part 2 section 4 (a) of the health protection of 2020. 99% of the staff where excellent except for the one girl (staff) in the gift shop at around 16:00-16:30 time directly demanded to know why I wasn't wearing a mask, despite the exemption card pinned on my jacket on full display clear for anyone to see. Sadly put a downer on what would have been a good day out.
Always a good day out! We found the park clean and well managed during the COVID-19 restrictions. With the reduced entrance numbers at the gate and staggered entry, we found it very easy to get on all the rides with very short queues - often able to get off at the end and get on the very next ride! All the rides were wiped down after each session and masks were required in any indoor area. We had a great time!
