I've lived in Boise my whole life and can't believe I've missed this. It's only due to a recent knee surgery and not being able to climb around on rocks/ hike to get into hotsprings that I've been exploring other options. This place was amazing. I made the reservation the morning of and drove up. I prefer a more rustic retreat. I loved watching the elk on the hillside during my soak too! Thank you!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! We booked for a private soak in the evening so we can watch the stars after dinner. These people basically stole our money! No one was there to greet us as they posted a hand-written note how they are short-staffed. The address took us to the motel, which was dimly lit when we arrived after dark for our 7PM soak. We walked around the property with no phone reception so we couldn't contact anyone. This motel seems like a place out of horror movie and their response to my refund request was even worse. NOTE: I later found out through Google Map that the pool is down the road from the address! I paid, texted to confirm my reservation as it's a drive from Boise, and later found out they closed early with no instructions that it was a self-service pool down the road from the address given. They're certainly quick to take your money and even quicker to snap back at the customer. I highly recommend that Lisa and Miranda get some sort of training on customer service or basic human decency. Honestly, I make well over 6 figures so this is not "ploy for money" but rather their attitude towards us that made me this angry. We called at 7:37 because we have already walked around the office building and by their awful looking motel. Don't waste your time here. They treat customers horribly and play the blame game. Who wants to deal with that?
I have been to this amazing place twice now. I would give it ten starts if I could. This is A MUST SEE place. Go stay a weekend. It’s amazing!!! Customer service was phenomenal. Ray and Lisa have done an amazing job. The food is seriously like a home cooked meal. The temperatures of the pools and hot tub have always been perfect. I will be back for sure again. I give the team ten stars. Even their cute dog. They make sure you are comfortable and get what you need. Amazing and very quiet. Thank you for making us very comfortable.
Came here for a soak and the private pool. The pool was slimy as if it had not been cleaned and half of the pool was sectioned off with cinder blocks and then a blue tarp covering the other half. The lack of cleanliness of the pool made me uncomfortable with soaking there. We asked for a refund and the employees were so friendly and understanding and happily gave a refund. I really appreciate their kindness but I don’t think we will be coming back.
I love this place! Love the private little pools you get, fenced off from the world, no one can see you. They can hear you tho so be respectful to your neighbors. It's simple, people are wonderful here, very helpful. Cafe has very delicious burgers! Super good burgers!! Beds aren't super comfortable but for a night or two, I promise you'll be ok. Been here twice now, definitely coming back again.
I would give this zero stars if I could. WE reserved a private soak but they was a bunch of there people. The place was run down, and the water and pool was very gross. Do not waste your money!!
Wonderful place, people are really nice. Hot springs was amazing, great food! Will definitely be back!
