We have recently completed on our first home The Hallam and what a beautiful finish to the property, we viewed Redrow and Bellway and they didnt compare. We had a very nervous time throughout the transaction due to Covid 19, the mortgage broker bloor recommended were great and the solicitors ODonnell were absolutely amazing! The aftercare service has been great particularly from Paul the site manager he is a credit to the company, as they are still building on site he is always on hand if needed. Homes are nice but I was put off by the poor air quality and the fact it took 45 minutes to drive 2 miles when leaving at rush hour
Total gridlock on all roads - Work In Warrington at 09.00 then set off at 07.30 . Schools full .Hospital overstretched , dentists ect all full . Prue greed by WMBC letting this development proceed !
