The company that I work for has been using Estes Express about 10 Years. We have use a lot of LTL carriers and I can tell you if your looking for a perfect carrier you are not going to find one. Loxley, AL location: Not only did they work with us ay the location, but we had to drive a good distance away and on the way they called to let us know that there was a package that just arrived for us (But there was a guy in a different state on the 800 number that was an ass)
Austin was my delivery guy and he was awesome. Super professional, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommended.
I used Estes for a Suremove, dropped the trailer off very quickly also very helpful in coordinating getting the trailer dropped off at my new house and as soon as we finished unloading they were very timely in coming to pick the trailer back up. Thanks!!
