We, my wife and I, took a tour from Lucca to two local wineries. The driver was prompt and courteous. The car, a van, was clean and in good repair. We were especially pleased with Giovanni who drove us around. He was knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating. We had a little snafu on our part about the pickup time, we had our phone turned off. They continued trying different methods to contact us until they were successful by email. While having a private driver was a little more costly than a group tour, it is definitely worth the extra money. Do yourself a favor and use this car service.

Wonderful service to use. They were prompt and organized. Our driver Alessandro was a wonderful man who was so helpful in telling us about the sights and even took time to make sure we arrived to our destination safe.
