Ho acquistato un paio di ballerine nel negozio di Lucca qualche mese fa, purtroppo si sono rovinate irreparabilmente dopo averle usate solamente 4 volte. Visto il costo abbastanza elevato, sono tornata in negozio per far presente il problema e mi è stato detto che era colpa mia perché ero rimasta attaccata da qualche parte (cosa non vera). Ho così provato a contattare il servizio clienti ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta.
