These guys have come to my rescue twice- once when I needed an iphone and once when I needed to buy a new laptop. They're incredibly helpful, and made sure that before I left everything was sorted and I could just get on with things rather than trying to figure out how to get everything working from a technical point of view. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've needed help from the Med Store twice with problems with my 'vintage' Mac Book Pro... and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Quite fantastic service... left the Mac with them on a Friday and all OK by Tuesday. Thanks very much to Giuseppe especially!
I needed some additional memory cards while visiting Lucca. Med Store was recommended by our local host. They had the SD cards I needed, at fair prices. The people at this well organized store were very helpful.
