I’ve been in many Naturasì stores around Italy and my experience with all of them was always delightful... BUT this store in LUCCA HAS THE WORST ASSISTANTS EVER! They are all so rude and with no passion for their work.. The cashiers are always so bad unprofessional.. SO UPSETTING!

Comfy organic supermarket with a great variety of good quality food and products. Check for the meat and cheese section, always local and fresh. We even found raw organic apple cider vinegar, what is essential for us as we are ketogenic travellers. Employees helpful and friendly, like almost every Italian.

Nice produce here but the prices are very high. The vegetables are fresh but you pay the price for that. We wanted some sweet potatoes and my wife bagged up four small to medium ones. Went to weigh and price them and they came out at 17! If their prices were a bit better I'd whole heartedly recommend them.

Great organic supermarket. There are some convenient offers too if you look for them. It is otherwise more expensive than other supermarkets but there are foods you can only find here (tahini, miso, seaweeds, seitan etc).
