For triathletes visiting lucca and looking for the openingn hours / prices for lane swimming see attached photos. (flyer is from last week) We didn't feel welcome here (reception) even while trying to talk italian so didn't use this pool

The pool is big, with many lanes for laps,but most of the time crowded and you swim in loops. People and stuff are very friendly but since the pool is used by the nearby shcools you'd better avoid school schedule time. (9-12:30)Theres a small additional fee on your shower and hair dryer usage for environmental reasons. The women changingrooms sometimes would need some extra floor cleaning. So far it's the best pool of the area Capannori, Lucca I found.

the pool itself it's kinda ok, but the buildings and the park is not manteined at all... as usual with public buildings in Italy

ho visitato la piccola ma accogliente palestra dedicata agli sport da combattimento , nello specifico corso di pugilato rimasto con ottima impressione ,ambiente e servizi annessi direi ottimi

Бомжатник. Вход 7 евро, если хочешь помыться, то 25 центов плюс. Не хочешь, не надо мыться, лезь в воду потным и вонючим. Такого редко где встречал. На удивление, народу полно, по 2-3 человека на дорожке и это ещё не час-пик. В этом же комплексе ещё и тренажёрный зал присутствует. Такое ощущение, что последний раз за железом ухаживали лет 20 назад. Купаться на море поезжайте, а железа хотите, так несколько кроссфит залов в городе, с вменяемым оборудованием.
