I was told there was no black Friday sale so I purchased some items. Four days later the whole store was 30% off. When I reached out to management by phone and email no one responded. They lied and then went silent when caught!! Will never shop there again.

It's a dreary shop that does little to make you welcome - especially if you don't speak Italian. They answered my questions (about a jacket I'd seen online and wanted to see in person) but with some sense of inconvenience for them... so I will continue to buy online... even though I now live in Lucca and the shop is relatively convenient to use.

Sind an der Kasse netterweise ignoriert worden. Die Dame zog es vor, an ihrem Mobile herumzudrücken... Haben die Sachen, welche wir kaufen wollten dann auf dem Tresen bei der Kasse liegen lassen. Gehts noch? Hatten es wohl nicht nötig, Umsatz zu machen...

Benetton Kids. 1 stella perché non è possibile metterne meno. L’abbigliamento per bambini sicuramente carino ma non si può dire altrettanto di alcune commesse. Indisponenti, irritate e svogliate, perfino fastidiosamente ironiche dopo un’attesa lunga e, soprattutto, inutile. Il personale dà un benvenuto che non fa sentire il cliente “benvenuto” affatto.
