I brought my Yamaha in two times for the same issue. Each time, they "found" what was wrong and charged me for something, and as soon as I put it on the water nothing had been fixed. It was a throttle issue and the motor wouldn't slow back down past a certain speed, so there's no way they wouldn't have noticed it was still happening before charging me for fixing it.
