I recommend using a bank who puts customers first. I had a big bag of loose change I wanted exchanged for cash. When I ask the teller she informed me she didn’t have time she was going to lunch. So I said customers aren’t important at lunch and another teller said nope not if she’s hungry and going to lunch.
