CocoYah is our favorite Milktea place in Lucena City! They offer Milktea in a variety of flavors and the price is much more affordable unlike other Milktea stores. My favorite flavors there are cookies and cream, salted caramel, and blueberry cheesecake. If you want an affordable but quality Milktea treat, Coco Yah is your best option!
