Dealt with Michel G, Chad, Lacey and Adel, all were great to do business with for the beautiful car I purchased. Great trade in offer too. Almost bought from Hgregoire but the rep I dealt with at Infiniti, Michel, has been so pleasant to deal with, with personal attention and follow ups, texts if I couldn't take calls while working for convenience, even after hours when the dealership was already closed; was remarkable and made the experience a great one. Would definitely buy from Michel, and the Luciani team again. Thanks again guys.

Excellent services, wonderful customer experience, very professional and classy, 5 out of 5. Basically, I was looking for a luxurious vehicle with performances and safety features, at Infiniti Luciani not only did they have those type of vehicles, but they also have it in customer service. I find that they are one of the best dealerships in Montreal compare to many I have been to, I recommend to pass by and have a tour. Special thanks to the team, I personally need to thank Joshua, he is one of the best sales representatives I have ever met, he had all the answers to my questions. My BMW lease is coming to an end in a few months so I've started car shopping early and called this dealership to inquire on their offer and product availability. I spoke with a salesman over the phone sharing my budget and challenge of moving around with a baby during covid, he knew my expectations and concerns. He took the car info in case of an exchange deal. We booked an appointment to go in the dealership with my 8 month old baby and husband. We live an hour away and arrived on time to our appointment however Eric turgeon wasn't available and made us wait an hour to finally sit down with another salesman which we had to go over the same exercise done over the phone. Bottom line total waste of time and respect which made my decision easier for my future vehicle purchase.
