I’m a newbie when it comes to dwelling insurance for my two unit rental property, and I had no idea where to start and what questions to ask. The Luckey Agency was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they had my best interest in mind. They are a family owned company who are honest, reliable and care about their customers. It really shows through their service! I tacked on additional insurance such as loss of rent, which no other insurance company I worked with suggested. I highly recommend the Luckey Agency!

I cannot express how much I appreciate Nancy for her professional demeanor, expertise and transparency. Not only did Nancy take the time to educate me on the ins and outs of my current policies (from another agency), she also provided numerous quotes for me to review. From day one she was up front and honest about the possibility of not being able to compete with my current Auto and Home Insurance. Unfortunately, she was correct. Nancy stated she didn’t want to lower my coverage options just to secure my business. She stressed the importance of staying with my current carrier and current agent and promised to revisit my account in six months. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to switch my Insurance to the Luckey Agency, I did receive peace of mind knowing I have Nancy as an advocate. I am new to the Luckey Agency family having been with my prior insurance agent for many years. For me, the Luckey Agency represented a quantum leap in customer service and relationship. In placing my Auto & Home Insurance, Nancy spared no effort in soliciting competing bids and she was thoughtful in her advice as to which carrier to proceed with. I had a Homeowners claim last year and that claim was handled in a seamless manner through the Luckey Agency and Travelers Insurance. It is nice to know people still care about their customers!
