Its a government body Institute in a very bad condition the employees are well mannered well behaved and knowledgeable but the thing is when you don't get good equipments and A good environment to work in what result you can give I feel very sad for BSNL and that is the reason why BSNL is lacking behind of jio Airtel Idea or Vodafone my best wishes to BSNL employees all regards
