I was hopeful that GoMechanic would be an apt solution but I visited in Lucknow for an inspection for my VW Polo. She was consuming extra coolant and faced an overheating issue once on the road. At GoMechanic I was told straight away that the polo had a blown head gasket and a replacement would be around 30k without any symptoms of a blown head gasket but luckily the head mechanic advised to drive around for a couple of days to observe for any more coolant consumption and then take a call. So far, the Polo is as good as it gets. Be sure you get involved in the process of inspection and don't rely solely on the first advice.

Highly Unprofessional attitude and The mechanics are untrained... They even don't know what to do and what not to... They choked all my engine without my approval and Done so many things without approval and estimate is being provided at the time of delivery.. They are forcing me to do the payment and saying otherwise they will mishandle my vehicle... And not even providing testing of the vehicle. God knows what to do.. It's really HORRIBLE
Service is ok but there is a lack in communication. The only person who was there to mediate was @Ankit who was very helpful. Appriciate if more information is communicated to customers. But all in all it was ok.
