Very good place to sit and wait for your bus. Very patient and cordial staff. Clean washroom and safe drinking water facility. The staff sanitised the bus and asked passengers to wear masks. Loved the overall experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Well maintained waiting hall with proper lighting and air conditioning for passengers .Plus with wifi with good speed and water points for people ,proper seating arrangements with proper distance.No crowd when i visited. Dustbins are also there to prevent litter in the area .1 star less because multiple washrooms are not there ,a single washroom for both genders. Take this in concern.

I would like to appreciate the smart bus intercity staff for the excellent service. Good lounge, on time pick up and hygienic buses, good air conditioning. Overall very impressive service. Keep up the good work and maintain the standards. Would recommend others to use their services you would feel it takes a long time to travel when you check the internary but it's a smooth travel. Thank you.

Ample space to sit and wait for your bus, free wifi, but the facilities as coffee machine is missing out here, but otherwise it's like all other intrcity smart lounge.
