I love this place and it has become my go-to place for all hair stuff. Recently got my global hair colour and highlights done and I was totally impressed by the results. Super-helpful and attentive staff who is always there to greet you! Special shout-out to Zakir who’s the maestro behind this creation.

This is not the first time im getting waxing done . I am well aware that along with waxing there are certain services that the salon is supposed to provide like cleaning the waxed area with cloth so that no wax is stuck on it. I was asked to apply the oil on my own and then on asking for a wet towel i was told that that is not done here and then i was expected to roam around with wax stuck on my arms. The people who were supposed to provide the services were late. And there was discrepancy in the pricing. We were being charged more than we were told we would be charged for the services. Extremely disappointed. Toni and guy should really stick to doing hair treatments only. I would not be going back here nor would i recommend it to anyone else.

The ambiance experience was good but the haircut done by stylist is not worth it at all for the cost. I think salon should find some good stylist to provide better haircut for the customers. Here making an appointment prior to visit means nothing to them, even though I have taken the appointment for 6pm slot but still I had to wait for 45 min. Please work on improvement

I visited the salon for color and keratin. It was done by Zakir. I m totally satisfied with the results. He gave the color exactly like I wanted. Overall experience was amazing and I highly recommend him for hair treatment !!!

I went to salon as my hair were getting extremely dry..i went for keratin treatment which was done by Zakir sir and trust me he did it very nicely..my hair are so smooth and manageable now..must visit and Excellent services..if going for hair purpose ask for Mr.Zakir and my mani pedi was done by Mr.Akash and he also did his job very well

These clueless frauds don’t even know the basics of hair cutting. I had been a regular customer of Toni and Guy Bangalore before I decided to try this as I was back home. The stylist lacked basic skills and ruined my hair which I had grown for more than 6 months. He kept on cutting the hair short even when I had told that I wanted just trimming. After screwing up the hair behind ears he made it even worse in trying to fix it. I wish I remembered his name so that I could name him here for people to be careful of him. For the amount of money they charge, the casual attitude of stylist, lack of basic skills and congested lanes of hazartganj. Not worth it at all. 1 to 1.5 at max. Please don’t be misguided the ratings.
