Collection here is undoubtedly good, but the staff behaviour is so rude, pathetic and annoying. The main salesman on first floor (idk his name) has no sense how to talk to the customers. Once the purchase was made, he refused to listen our POV about a certain alteration and was behaving as if we were buying clothes for the first time. Such behavior is uncalled for. Even though I love the dress I purchased, I won't ever come back to this shop again because self respect is more important than clothes. May God bless that salesman with some manners and etiquette!

Really bad experience. They will say the dummy piece will get drycleaned and they won't do. On 28k lehnga they will charge extra delivering charges. Also they even don't do the alterations properly after 2 trials . On dori of blouse they even dont know to hang Lankans after telling on 1st trial.
