During a trip through the alps, my Triumph motorcycle had battery issues and refused to start. I pushed my bike to the nearest motorcycle workshop, Lucky Star (Yamaha Dealership) We had a fixed schedule so speed and efficiency was essential. Lucky star anaylised the issue as soon as we arrived and offered a realistic perspective on timing and costs. We had to wait two days for Triumph parts to arrive, so I rented a motorcycle with Lucky Star and we made clear arrangements. When they parts arrived at the dealership, they dropped all other work to fix the issue as soon as possible so I could catch up with the Alps tour later that day. Timing and costs we're as they estimated. Their flexibility was free of charge. I got a discount on the rent for the motorcycle. I would recommend Lucky Star to everybody.

Während einer langen Tour hatte ich eine Reifenpanne ca. 20 Min. von Sargans entfernt. Gegoogelt, Lucky Stars angerufen, um Abholung gebeten, kurze Zeit später war ein netter, freundlicher Mann auch schon da. Motorrad aufgeladen und ab in die Werkstatt. Kurz vor Feierabend wurde mein Reifen gewechselt. PERFEKT! Und das zum regulären Preis (obwohl ich Österreicher und Nicht-Kunde bin) . Empfehlung 100%
