Have just had my fitting appointment, and was looked after to a level that is way beyond expected. Leah made me feel like a million dollars, had spent time making sure I was comfortable for my appointment (as someone who is extremely uncomfortable in dresses and in front of mirrors) I have never felt so confident and positive as I didwalking out of my appointment today. I know that my dress is in the safest hands and will be absolutely perfect when I pick it up. I cannot thank you enough, and would highly recommend Cicely’s to anyone looking for a professional yet caring service.

I am so impressed with Leahs work and attention to detail. Not only has she tailored my uniforms on several occasions, but more recently she has mounted my grandfathers WW2 medals and even made the ribbon bar from the original medal ribbon. I cannot recommend her enough.

I went to Leah back in 2019 to find a prom dress! Don’t get me wrong I was nervous but Leah and all the staff were amazing. I’ve suffered with self confidence for a while and Leah made me feel amazing!! She’s got a heart of gold. I even got Prom Queen . Everyone said how amazing the dress was and I’ve got Leah to thank . Highly recommend Cicely’s to anyone . Leah will listen to all your enquiries & will always help in anyway she can . Leah I can’t thank you enough for the service you gave me . Absolutely amazing experience at my first wedding dress appointment. Helped me in every way possible, convinced me to try on dresses I wouldn't of thought would suit me and they did! Even went out of their way to order me a dress in they didn't stock (at that time) and this ended up being my PERFECT dress and I SAID YES!!! Even with the current pandemic they've been in contact at all times. My partner has now even decided to buy his suit from here too! We have an appointment booked FOR WHEN WE'RE ALLOWED and we both cannot wait. Thank You so much for my wonderful experience and I cannot wait for my final fitting
