Poor services and staff with low skills.. Poor management.. In COVID-19 situations over crowded.. aadhar apply directions given for 9 am(as mentioned on entrance) onwards but all tokens facility get over before 9 am.. on asking staff casually replies " log aa jaate hai jaldi 6-7 bje tak , hum kya karein".. seems they have no control on their workings.. Atleast provide capable staff and a management who can handle situations well.
