My father was sick because of covid. I admitted my father in this gtb hospital ludhiana. It was very worst decision in my life, but i have not any other option, because that time no beds available in others hospitals. Dr. PRASHANT PURI was treated my father. He is very careless doctor and his staff are also very careless. My father was very strong person, but he was not get good treatment.after 5 days he died. I never ever thought this will happen. I pray that his soul rest in peace.

Doctor is late but prediction n treatment is good. Need management n more facilities n check on working of staff . Rest it's a charitable trust opd slip is just rs 50 but medicine prescribed is too expensive.

Worst staff. No one wants to do there duties. Careless nursing staff. Patient has to take care of himself as no body bothers here for patients health/other issues. Reception and IT dept do not help u out in case u need any doc for ins claim
