Had ordered a outdoor bar unit after the initial discussion and advance payment they confirmed on a date by which the material was supposed to be ready....post that committed date when no intimation was received I reached out to them and after a few calls and messages was informed there is delay due to some issue....had to constantly follow up and then after 2 weeks post the initial committed date they confirmed item ready for shipping.... material was shipped payment on delivery basis...when material reached Bangalore the courier company Gati called and asked for arranging people to offload as the item was 200kg....I told I don't have anyone to offload and the courier promised to deliver at a later date with helper to offload...I informed Singla also on the same... Monday the delivery was made and inspite of all the discussion the material came without any helper and I had to help the transport driver to offload...all in all a very bad experience...and when I posted on Facebook the propreitor reverts back saying I chose the transport vendor.....for me it was a mistake going with this vendor.... hopefully others don't make a similar mistake.
